Online shopping design flaw and biasness

Firstly, I lovw Incredible Connection's products.

Then I tried to do online shopping on their website for a Click and Collect order. First, when I tried to put my address it kept on telling me to put my street number. Where I stay it could not pick up a street number and we do not have a street number that is required. So I end up putting my old Cape Town address so that the order can go through as I really need the product. When I try to collect the product from the store now they say my order is on hold since I am purchasing from a different province. It will have to be approved etc. I am so frustrated r.n. I just do not understand all these rules. First, you make a street address mandatory for a Click and Collect order. Secondly, you magically assume that people do not change addresses. What if I was on holiday and wanted to make a purchase during that time? What then? Thirdly, this is South Africa and not everyone stays in suburbs with nice street numbers for each house. Do better! This is a huge flaw and bias in your design. I would really appreciate it if you could fix this or refund me for my purchase. I now regret using your platform considering my order is very time sensitive.
