ONLINE SALES NO HELP

Spoke to online sales about a product. Needed some info on a camera advertised. No one can answer me and give me feedback. I am being thrown pillar to post. Its like they dont even know wat they selling. I donot want to buy something and being sent the wrong item as the item adverised with the picture doesnt make sense
