ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Online return policy is extremely onerous - the store expects you to bring a copy of your bank statement - it is not enough to have their email confirmation of the order and invoice. Only after a 30 min call with call center and a day later it was confirmed that that is only a requirement if you pay by EFT (I paid by credit card). Return process outdated - goods overpriced - service pathetic. Rather buy elsewhere.
