Online purchases **** and poor service

Incredible Connection is a **** when it comes to the online purchases, I purchased a phone via online with option of standard delivery. I waited and no device was delivered, even online tracking was useless as it doesn't get updated.

Since then I requested for order cancellation and refund via numerous telephone call and WhatsApp chat option as emails has no response and acknowledgement receipt, nothing has been done from their side or even sending out communication. Over a month I am still waiting for the refund and nothing is happening, at the same time Payflex is debit money for an order I requested for cancellation with Incredible Connection. There's no helpful contact details to escalate any problems you have with them
