Online purchases a nightmare

Registered online and made my first purchase. Product delivered with no invoice. When i try log in online again, the platform says i am not a user! I have no way of getting an invoice now. Went to the branch and they cannot help. Contacted their call centre and they told me to contact another call centre. That call centre forwarded me to another call centre. Useless service, how does this company run?
