Online Purchase + Shipping

Purchased a Notebook from them online for delivery.

PROS: Price was the best and I was extremely impressed with their shipping service. I purchased the product on Thursday 26/09 (first thing in the morning) and Received it Friday 27/09 (Late morning). Tracking was also convenient.

This was by far the fastest I've ever received an online purchased product.

CONS: This 4/5 rating is because my 3 point plug that came with the Laptop that plugs into the adapter is an Indian standard one which is smaller than SA standard and will not work. I was disappointed as I thought I would give them a 5/5. But laughed it off as I have an adapter for it and to replace that cable isn't expensive but it is a bit more of a hassle.

Understandably, not all customers especially businesses will be so forgiving therefore they should look out for small things like this.

CONCLUSION: All that being said. I've never been a fan of Incredible Connection but the price of the product I bought beat every other place's price as well as the shipping. I will be buying there again if the price is right. .
