ONLINE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

I purchased some tech online on the 29 September 2025. Delivery stipulated 2-5 working days. It is the 20th October 2025 and still awaiting my delivery, I have made numerous calls to them and enquired online about delivery and get told that I will get a call today, which never happens. I am the only one following up on my delivery. Today, I was informed that the courier was not able to locate my address and the parcel was returned, but the courier company has been to my address on numerous occasions. This is absolutely pathetic online and store service from Incredible Connection. I do not foresee me purchasing from them any time soon.
