Online Purchase

<p>So i purchased a tv online on the 28th, got my order number etc informing me that it will take 5-10 days to deliver. i havent received any updates on the progress with today been day 8. i have tried numberous times to call the call centre which is totally pointless as you can never get through................. even emailed ********** on the 28th giving them my info as requested for TV license verification, didnt even get a response. Emailed via the website to enquire about my order yesterday and still nothing.</p>
