Online purchase

I bought a cricut machine 17 days ago. The delivery truck got hijacked. I had to call around asking if I am getting a replacement they only rep**** 6 days ago stating a replacement has been sent. However I have not received any order number or tracking number. At this point I no longer want the item the second it gets delivered I'm returning it. Your customer service is really bad why must I call around and send emails. Do not purchase from this company it's pathetic.
