Online Purchase

<p>Placed an order online on 25 November 2016, 11 working days later have still not recieved my order.</p> <p>When I phone the call centre, they promise that someone will get back to me (Samantha and Rob) But no one does. They can see the order is on hold but no one can say why.</p> <p>Terrible service!!!!!</p>
