Online Orders - Never again!

I have ordered an item 5 November 2023 and received a nice SMS and e-mail on 8 Nov (Wednesday) that item is on its way and with Courier. Finally Friday 10 Nov I called to ask when I can expect delivery and was told 18:00 Friday evening. I have waited the whole Friday afternoon, and nothing arrived. Saturday, I logged a complaint expecting to get it sorted early Monday morning, but I had to call again and was told, it is with Courier Sir. The lady then helped me to escalated again as that was what I was told last week. I must say never again will I buy anything online or in store with this service. Online rather go to a company that communicate with their customers.
