Online Orders - Incredibly Bad

I ordered an item two weeks before Christmas. The order tracking has displayed "Ready to pick" for two weeks now. I have phoned them a few times, emailed, used their chat tool etc. and on each occasion they say they are investigating and will get back to me.... Very poor service form such a prominent SA retailer.
