Online orders

Terrible online customer service from incredible connection. I have sent them emails and tried to phone them multiple times about my paid order online for which I have no clue when it will be delivered as my “track my order” is not available. I have received no response and the instore shop assistants can’t even help me. I really thought they were better than this.
