Online ordering system shocking

<p>I placed an order through we chat with Incredible connection on the 2nd of December. Everytime I phone the call centre I have to speak to a different person telling me that my order is ready to be shipped. No one can confirm whether the parcel has been shipped or not. Impossible to speak to a manager. Shocking service. I have waited the ten days that was supposedly the maximum time it would take!I will defenately never support this company again!</p>
