Online order with poor customer service (order#***)

I’ve placed an online order on the the 15/11/2025 on their site it was showing me that delivery is 2-5 working days but even today 24/11/2025 I’m still waiting for my order and no communication was done. Whenever I call they keep on promising to call me back but they never did this was my worst customer service ever👎🏽 incredible connection with poor service
