Online order not processing

Bought a tv on black friday 24/11/2017 online. Order delivery stated 3-10 days delivery not stating working days. Send my tv license through close to 15 times no response as to it has been reveived. Customer support of no use everyone has a different story as to why my order is not being processed. After putting in a complaint they simply state they cant do anything and my order is still not being processed and no contact from head office
