Online order

Words cannot describe how frustrated I am. I placed an order on incredible connection online for delivery and the package is yet to be delivered, I had to contact the customer service daily to find out when exactly the delivery will be only to be told that they do not know when the delivery will be or which courier is handling the delivery. This is the worst shopping experience ever. If you ever think of buying anything online at incredible connection please save yourself from the stress and DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER. No one seems to know where my package is, they keep on logging a complaint to no assistance. This is really annoying and unprofessional. Never again will i ever in my entire life shop at incredible connection. Horrible horrible customer service. If i could i would give that company 0 stars. Worst shopping experience ever!
