Online Order

I have recently purchased a camera from Incredible connection online, however the purchase got sent through Hi Fi Corp Pietermaritzburg for processing. Every order I have ever purchased from Incredible has been well packaged in bubble wrap. When I received my item, I was beyond furious as the item was not wrapped in bubble wrap either did it have a fragile sticker or handle with care sticker. Only the sides and under had a thin piece of cardboard, to top it off my item had been sent to the wrong address, so this item was tossed around. When I received my item the top part of the packaging was pressed in. When you try to escalate this matter to JDG they send me back to the store to handle this matter. The email address they provide you with these people don’t respond.
