I did an online purchase for a laptop from incredible connection before lockdown with the proviso for it to be delivered before lockdown. the product was not delivered. i cancelled the order and expected the funds to be reversed in my account this was not done as a result I have been paying interest on my mastercard for a product I never received and incredible connection puts me on hold and then drops the call for the past three months. they are demanding proof of payment which I assumed is the invoice but apparently it is not. neither the order no or the reference from my bankers are sufficient
