Online downloadable voucher ****

Purchased an online downloadable voucher. After not receiving an email with the voucher code I phoned customer care line with no luck. I did an online chat and after a long time was told I must wait 24 hours. After 24hours I am told it could take up to 48 hours. For a voucher to be downloaded!! the point of purchasing a voucher on-line is to have it available immediately.
