Online Customer Service is the worst ever !!!

The absolute worst Customer Service !!! And no help to resolve the issue of refund. I had added items on sale to my cart and checked out 2 days later. Unfortunately I did not check the amount and was charged the full price. When questioning it I was told the special price does not hold for days and the store has no availability at the special price anymore. I decided to check this and did a re-order at the special prices and got it. Emailed 4 times with no response and have just been told it has not been received. Just going around in circles the whole time and now I am out of pocket of R 6700-00. Very frustrating !!!
