Online charged wrong price Increadible Bad service

Bought a hard disk online. They deducted R2699 from my account, I didn't realized it when doing the transaction. Price was R1599. Phoned the customer care now 4 times, every time they said they will definitely come back to me. Every time I have to explain and nobody phones me back. 2 Weeks, now I got a email that I picked the unit up, which I didn't. Really bad service.
