This has to be said. <br> A very big thank you to Sharon (Vodacom consultant) from your Sandton city branch. <br> <br> I bought in august 2013 two phones at your store. Unfortunately I lost my invoice which I need for warranty issues. <br> I contacted Incredible Connection via their homepage and received a reply shortly after mentioning someone will contact me. <br> About an hour later Sharon phoned me. She was searching (I guess) the whole day to find my invoice. <br> For every little information she needed she phoned. <br> <br> I am very impressed of how she helped me. <br> <br> And she really did. <br> <br> Please tell her that I owe her a lot. And I hope I am allowed from your management to give her a little thank you gift. <br> <br> Thank you Sharon
