Once and never again

About two weeks ago I decided for the first time to give Incredible Connection a try due to the amazing specials they were running for end march. I ordered a Xiaomi AX3000 dual mesh router system costing R1999 due having a dead zone in the front of my house which these two routers would solve but after a week of waiting instead of receiving the Xiaomi routers as order I got an Asus Ax3200 gaming single router system. I contacted incredible connection via their returns system and was told it would take 24 hours. I waited for about a few days in which they emailed me to say that they couldn't get a hold of me even though I had nothing on my call logs (could because they seem to use private numbers). The agent told me that they would pick up the package and would see if they could source me another Xiaomi dual router system. Later I received an email from them saying that they could not find any of this system even though it is still listed on their online store as in stock and ready ship, but it must be because the price is now R2999 so they would rather leave a customer unhappy then fix their mistake. This is why in the future I would be sticking to reputable companies like Takealot, Game, Computer Mania ens. for my technology purchases as their customer service is implacable.
