On line shopping

I ordered a cellphone on line. Paid for it and was informed my order is in. 3 day later I track my order to found out they are still picking the item and it was at the warehouse. My experience with other retailers was good and quick. STAY AWAY from this retailer and their consultants that is supposed to assist you is not helpfull at all.
