On-line purchasing blues

This is just a small niggling complaint iro online purchasing. Should you want a low cost item and collect it at a nearby IC store, you won't be able to unless that same store has stock of that item. The only option is to pay a delivery fee which then makes the item very expensive. The website is not directing you to a store which has stock, it states erroneously that the item is not available to "click and collect". IC will probably lose that customer. To their credit though, the 0860 help line personnel will direct you to a store which carries stock when asked.
