On-line purchase

Ordered on-line and collected laptop at local store. 5 Stars for order procedure and keeping me informed of progress. But, no on-line customer service or support thereafter.

Had a problem with registering for the extra 2 year warranty. Completely unable to get any customer service. Tried the 'let us help you' on their website. No reaction. Tried 'live chat'. No response. Emailed - no reply. Tried their customer service number ***- got message 'number is unobtainable'. Eventually received an email which did not answer my question at all. As if they had not read my messages. Eventually went to the Tyger Valley Store where their staff were helpful and Joshua sorted out the problem.
