Obnoxiously rude consultants

So I'm constantly being called regarding arrears on my account which over the past 2 months I've been trying to clear however com the agreed debit date only the normal debit goes of an nothing of the arrears. I'm now extremely irate as I just got a call with a rude obnoxious consultant "telling me I stopped the debit" at which point the conversation went south due to consultants lack of knowledge/understanding as I've got statements proving I've not stopped it I possibly reversed the debit order 2months ago but not stopped which is why the original debit still goes of just not the arrears. So unless someone professional can call me with a better attitude an gaurentee my instructions will be followed then DONT CALL ME!!! I'll personally go in to incredible connection an make payments on the arrears myself atleast then I don't have to deal with such incompetence an disrespect. FYI ur consultants should be careful as they also don't know who they "actually dealing with"
