Nothing incredible about this company

The only thing incredible about this company is the lack of service and total lack of accountability. I purchased a laptop on the 23rd December which came with a free Muvit fitness band and heart rate monitor. Only on completion was I advised they were out of stock and they would get back to me ASAP. After 2 additional visits to the store I was told on 29th Jan that they had not ordered the Muvit and I then received a rain check voucher. After a further 2 visits in Feb I was eventually told they would not get stock. I find this disturbing as during this time period they same Muvit voucher was offered with other products so Incredibly they were selling something they could not provide. I then phoned and complained as well as sending an email to the complaints department on 8th March and true to form no one gets back to you and you hear nothing from this company.
