If I could rate this store any lower I would. Just delt with a Deterr from Incredible Connection in Tygervalley and what an infuriating experience.

He admits that they didn't do their job, admits to their incompetence that caused the situation we are in, but still want us to be liable for the costs incurred. Please assist because I am failing to understand.

We are instead offered the sum of insurance premiums when what we need is the reimbur*****t of the actual lost phone .
