Nothing Incredible about Incredible Connection - Worst Service Delivery ever !!!

We placed an order online with Incredible Connection . On the 30.11 we received a notification that our order was on delivery , we waited on the 30th all day but no calls and no attempt to deliver . On the 1st we received an email saying the attempted delivery had failed. On the 1st December ,i spoke to Lesego at Incredible Connection contact center who gave us a reference no. and advised we will receive a call in 24hours .Still no call came !! On the 3rd December ,i called back due to no response from Incredible connection and spoke to Argill .He then advised someone will call me before the end of the day .Again says someone tried to call us but we have no missed calls !! Once again, we received no feedback or call as promised .So i call again to contact centre and speak to Karabo who gives me an email address for *** ,who again says he could not reach us . Karabo then says Incredible Connection has done everything they could !! We paid for goods ,and not received delivery .I am even willing to collect it myself but nobody is will to give me information .I emailed *** but no response !! Can somebody please offer some assistance of value ????? Why does Incredible connection offer online service when they cannot handle the service deliver????
