Nothing Incredible about Incredible Connection

I app**** for a credit a week ago and a week later which is today (16.09.2020) i was approved. Fortunatelly for me the goods (TV) i wanted was now on special and i called the store to check if it is possible if i can restructure the deal and get the goods at the special rate. I was then told that it will not be possible and i have to take them at the initial price and and they do not have stock and i was advised that i must take the one on display. I then decided to contact the branch manger (Greenstone) of which he called back after getting information and advised that it will not be possibl to restructure the deal as it will actually take "too long" and i might even loose out on the special. Someone at the top was supposetly have to sign it off!!! He further asked if he must go ahead and cancel the application, he really did not try and see how he can assist. All he kept saying was there is NO STOCK!!! I mean an IBT from other branches can be arranged if he really wanted to assist.
