Nothing incredible about Incredible connection Canal Walk!

Terrible experience. Had all valid papers to purchase on credit. They fowled the whole process up. When I phone there, they only pick up after the 3rd time you call. Will never use incredible connection ever again, period! V&A shop is the same. They say they will contact you and do not. This is like a circus, not a business. I own a business of my own and personally I would fire the staff of these two branches. They are chasing clients away. I just got my laptop at vodacom.
