Not wanting to return a faulty product or even assist in sending it in

I purchased a wireless keyboard from Incredible Connection in Somerset West mall.

They refused to return or send it in As it is a faulty keyboard. I experienced bad attitude from the Manager and Staff.

They were even reluctant to test it saying I must provide a battery. Which I did not have with me or in the keyboard.
