Not Updating ITC Record when Account is paid up

<p>I have settled and closed my account almost 4 Years ago and since then they have not updated my details on my ITC record. After calling 7000 number I fnially managed to get through to them and then they tell me I have to send an email and then wait 3 more days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everything is up to S H I T these days....</p>
