Not sticking to delivery schedule

24th November I purchased a TV online... Delivery schedule from 5-10 days it's 4 weeks now and delivery was scheduled for 18th December but TV was not delivered because they wanted a copy of my ID of which I was not informed of when purchasing the TV... It was then rescheduled that it will be delivered the next day ********** Its 6pm and yet to delivery.. And not even a call to say they wouldn't be able to make delivery so I've wasted a day off work waiting for a TV that never arrived... And not even a phone call.
