Not so INCREDIBLE service!!!

Service not so incredible!! I placed an order on 30 November (***) and delivery is stating 2 to 5 working days. Shipped date stated 4 Dec. When I checked progress,it stated delivery is set for 7 December.I send an email on 8 Dec to follow up without receiving any reaponse.I have not received anything yet on the 10th of Dec and contacted them after holding on for 15 minutes.The lady informed that there was a backlog (which I was not informed about) and that delivery will take place on 12 Dec.On the 12,as expected from their not so incredible service, nothing received.Send a email again 13 December and still no feedback.Worst service in my life.So now my daughter's Chrismas gift will not be on time as we already left for our planned holiday.This is unacceptable service for what is suppose to be big,reputable company.Start making good on your word and deliver!!
