Not so Incredible Connection

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! I ordered a laptop that was on sale on the 5th of May 2026 which still hasn’t been delivered to date, despite a 2-5 working days promise! Customer service agents are as useless as they come - no tangible results from following up and they still haven’t processed my request to cancel the order so I can get my money back!

Their chosen courier has been MIA, no updates with a waybill number whatsoever! Can I just have my money back because there’s clearly nothing incredible about their online sales connection! They should consider changing their name to *********** Connection!
