Not so Incredible Connection!

Incredible connection had a special for 29/01/2018 on the Iphone 6 32G for R5500 if you order online and a further special if you use Visa Checkout to purchase the Iphone dropping the price to R4400. Unfortunately Incredible connection was not so incredible due to a bad / faulty billing system. I had everything in order to purchase this Iphone 6 which was still in stock (12:00) at the time however their system gave an error and the lady on help line said they were having some problems with the system and they will come back to me. I didn't receive any feedback by roughly 15:00 and logged in again and saw that all the units were out of stock. So because their system is bad, I lost out on this deal (I really needed) and will probably never buy anything online or in store at any Incredible connection again.
