Not so credible service

We went to Incredible Connection in Greenstone to purchase a device on contract and were told: 1. The person that processes contracts is available only on Mondays 2. The device is not available on the network we wanted it on despite it being advertised on the shop floor with the device there.

The manager stated it must be advertised even though it is not that, which is not only nonsensical but ******* and a massive inconvenience too.

We were forced to travel again, this time all the way to the Eastgate branch. The attendants were walking around aimlessly, blatantly ignoring people standing by one of their counters waiting for assistance. We had to go from one salesperson to another always to be pointed to someone else that was not available. Over an hour later we were told by the person supposedly signing up individuals for contracts that she does not think she will be able to help us because she closes at 6 o'clock and already has three people she is assisting.

We were given an option to come back the following day, which was done, only to be told again that we cannot be assisted on that network service provider.

Was not a fan of Incredible Connection because of their high prices, now to experience the dismal level of service. So out of touch.
