NOT LIVING UP TO YOUR COMPANY NAME... SUPER SAD AND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Thanks to your system I had online issue. I even called in and was merely an hour on the phone with customer services center but still couldn't get the deal because even he couldn't do anything about the system... RIDICULOUS....

It sucks being in a position where you do everything right as the online consumer but then the company does not make PROVISION for these system issues...

I looked forward to black Friday because after I saved the entire year (not financially well off) I could finally buy my own hard drive to store my college files, movies etc on. I worked hard, woke up early to find out that my B.F.W wont be released... SO SAD & DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SYSTEM...

Your system today did not have INCREDIBLE CONNECTION meaning YOUR Store did not LIVE UP to ITS NAME AND WHAT IT STANDS FOR!!!! .... If this is how my first customer experience at your store went I would rather not consider or even refer you in the near future................................... :(
