Not incredible at all, not even close

This has been the worst service I have ever received. I have not received my or yet. It's been 3 weeks. They state 3-5 working days. I have contacted them 6 times already and the same story every time is that they will escalate the matter. I am suppose to start work for an American company 2 weeks ago already and have not been able to due to the equipment I have order not being delivered. I am furious to say the least. Incredible connection will never see me again.
