Not happy with incredible connection

Pathetic service from Incredible Connection. I bought a phone last week and on Wednesday i received a message that it was out for delivery. They miss delivery every day and their call centre is not helping. Today I was speaking to Jack and he cant even give me any assurance that I will get my parcel today
