Not happy

The technician at the Incredible connection at Billito Junction made me purchase a cartridge that cost me R900, there is nothing wrong with the printer. But with the new cartridge it still did not print and he then told me that I must take the computer to Ensure HP8630 . I called Ensure that is all the way in Springfield, they never answer or return calls and on my arrival, I was told that the printer has been discontinued! What a horrible experience as I has just moved to Ballito from Johannesburg. The Technician at Incredible *******ion, I mean connection was not helpful, I just did not feel that I was wanted and will never go back there! Ensure do not return messages or answer their phones and make on drive 30 km +, only to be told they can not assist. So now I sit with a faulty printer and brand new black 934 XL cartridge! Very unpleasant Experience!!!! If anyone can assist or would like to buy and try and fix the HP8630 printer and new cartridge, you can call me on ***, Ricky
