Not even a star worth of credit

<p>I have tried to communicate with you.. spoken to managers, Facebook messaged, called, emailed, gone in-store and written reviews trying to connect with you. </p> <p>I undoubtedly know why the commonly known nick name for Incredible Connection is Incredible '*******ion'. Who clearly do not care for their customers. This is so prevalent in the lack of customer service, lack of responsibility and pure arrogance. This is not only from one store I have had issues.</p> <p>This is clearly a problem with the company as a whole. </p> <p>I am still awaiting for my full report on my laptop sent in for repairs(due to Incredible Connection selling a faulty laptop) for insurance purposes. </p> <p>I don't know how to further get hold of you as the head office did not get hold of me as arranged. </p> <p> </p>
