not credible at all and not connected

The saga continues, I ordered a desk online on 15 March, it arrived badly damaged, I have been trying since then to get it returned and my money back........still waiting after numerous promises that it will be reimbursed in 5 - 10 working days. It has been the longest 5-10 working days ever. The customer care are unhelpful and at times just plain rude
