Not acceptable

<p>The website advertises Incredible Icloud for R99 for 24 months, but you cannot purchase on-line you MUST visit a store to buy your licence number (makes no sense to me).</p> <p>So I visited the store at V&A and they charged me R199 (I thought it was my mistake thinking the price was R99.) However, when I got home I checked the price was advertised as R99.</p> <p>Incredible Connection is unable to refund me the amount overcharged without my going back to the store. I don't go to the V&A often so there is a good chance they have ******** me for R100.</p> <p> </p>
