Noncompliance of delivery date

Placed an online order onder it was indicated online that stock was available. Delivery 5-10 working days. After the 7th day enquired about the delivery and reply was 'It is not 10 days yet. ' Waited patently to the 11th working day before enquiring again. Only then I was informed that there was a problem with stock, but the parcel will be delivered the next morning, this being the 12th working day. Called again this morning to be informed that the parcel hasn't been collected buy the courier company, but it will be delivered tomorrow. Somebody by the name of Nanyan will call to confirm this. Up until now I haven't received any phone call. Will see what happens on the 13h working day...... maybe it is a lucky number.....
