Non existing sevice

We ordered from Incredible Connections on 14 May Our package was collected on 15 May 2023 by JG Group Supply Chain Service. A few minutes ago today 30 May 2023, this package is still at there warehouse. Incredible Connections does not give me any feed back on expected time of delivery
