Non existing customer service

I have placed an online order, order was supposed to arrive between 2-5 work days, it didn't, I logged complaints and up to now nobody came back with feedback, it seems like customer service is non existing at Incredible, rather buy somewhere else, save yourself the trouble and frustration.
